Shipping rates are out of our control. We are continuously shopping the best rates to offer to our customers, and as we grow, we will do everything possible to  bring the shipping price down.

Shipment companies charge per weight. MyFeels uses quality stock that is tearproof and waterproof, packaging is soft, luxe, a piece of art illustrated by a talented artist...all of this adds up to a heavy parcel. In the shipping world, heavy = expensive.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Emotional Intelligence For Kids is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Reshipping of packages returned to Emotional Intelligence For Kids due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

If a package is not received after 30 days standard shipping in North America or 60 days international we will re-ship your order via standard shipping.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages. 

ALTERING AN ORDER 

We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders, as all orders are shipped individually.

Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed since our fulfillment centre frequently ships within hours of ordering.

International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country.

Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left Canada. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left Canada, please contact your local postal carrier.
